Only 30% of young people today read the Bible, and then on an average of once a week, 70% don't read it at all.
We believe scripture is inherently relevant to every life and every culture. We share it within the selective context of youth life, and in the pressing issues youth face or are concerned about.

Ethnography is a method of anthropology that looks at people's behavior in the full context of their environments and day-to-day experiences. The process seeks to understand relationships and habits, inner thoughts and feelings, emotions, values and the rules that guide them.

Only 30% of young people today read the Bible, and then on an average of once a week, 70% don't read it at all.

Many young people are disconnected with scripture and most don't see a relevance to their own lives. The sharing of truth is most meaningful when it is connected to a person's felt needs. This connection crosses over intellect and moves into emotions and experiences. This is essentially the connection we seek to encourage between young people and God's Word.

Every day, youth are flooded with thousands of messages, and they make choices on what they’ll do, what they’ll buy, and ultimately, what they’ll believe. More than any generation before them, they are informed, empowered and do not simply accept messages and information without processing it through the filter of their own personal beliefs, convictions and values. Therefore, the beliefs and principles they do accept as relevant to their lives are embraced with valor – and they fully uphold the courage of their convictions.
