Read the Bible In One Year

Welcome to the "Bible In A Year" reading program a Faith in Christ Ministries of the World  Bible Study Tools...... Click Here

Statistics show that most people professing faith in Christ have never completely read their Bible. Many people start reading but then become overwhelmed by the number of chapters (1189) and verses (31,102) they will be reading. However, it can be accomplished by reading less than four chapters a day.

By dividing the Bible into 365 daily readings, a goal of reading the Bible in a year can easily be accomplished.

The series Leviticus

This series of  lessons of the Old Testament Book of Leviticus.

We are going to do this series in a slightly different way than usual -- in that, instead of beginning our study with a reading of the entire Book (all 27 Chapters in the case of Leviticus), I am just going to tell you a few things that you would have learned had you done that big overview.

First of all, had you read the entire book of Leviticus in one sitting and IF you had been looking for Key Words (words that are used repeatedly in the text and which unlock the meaning of the text because they are key to understanding what the Book is about), you would have noticed that one significant word is used OVER 80 TIMES !!! Astounding! And guess what that word was? Well, I will tell you...in the first lesson.....to continue.

What Really Happened on Christmas Day?
A Christmas Day Bible Study

Of course, we have been told and told and told -- that the Lord Jesus Christ was BORN on Christmas day!  But, was He?

Well, to answer those questions, let's begin at the beginning.  We'll read some passages in the Bible which tell us about Christ and the events leading up to His Birth.  Then we will do some "research" and fit the pieces together.  I think you will be surprised and thrilled at what you will learn!  Ready?  OK!  Let's begin....to continue

Studies in Revelation

"Choose you this day whom you will serve.. "

This is a 12 Lesson Study.

The Lessons in Revelation for the Students

PLEASE do NOT do these lessons out of sequence!!! They are designed to Build on each other and things that you will study in one lesson are important and essential in understanding what is presented in later lessons.

The only exceptions to this request are Lessons 7, 8, 10, 11 & 12 which can be done as "stand alone" lessons.

The Bible Study Section, we have a suggestion - there is a need of:

1. Obtaining a quiet place in which to study

2. Being open to God, allowing His Word to penetrate one's spirit and mind.  We must be teachable

3. Pray before each study for God's insight, understanding, and wisdom

4. Pray after each study for God's leading that we might be able to apply what we have learned and thank Him for His Word and lesson
